CAMP WHIP-POOR-WILL ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
**You must complete both Step1(submitting the application electronically), and Step 2 (submitting payment through Paypal) for your child's requested week(s) to be held.
STEP 1: Complete the Application Form.
- Download AND SAVE the application from the link below.
- Open the document in Microsoft Word.

Use the TAB key to navigate through the document and fill in the appropriate information.

Once the form is complete, SAVE the document to your DESKTOP.
- Print completed application, sign in both places. (SIGNATURES REQUIRED!)
- Scan the document and save.

Then EMAIL the completed application to campwpw@yahoo.com.

STEP 2: Use the Paypal Shopping Cart to pay camp fees online.

Add EACH session you have signed up for to your shopping cart.
(A fee of 2.9% with be added to the cart to pay the PAYPAL charge.
It will appear as TAX in the shopping cart.)
- Use your Paypal account or a VISA or /MASTERCARD to complete payment.
**VERY IMPORTANT**
WHEN PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE PLACE THE CAMPER'S NAME IN THE SPEICAL NOTES AREA WITHIN PAYPAL, SO WE ARE ABLE TO MATCH YOUR PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
